Everything I do falls within this framework. From the 'back of house' foundations of Business goals, Market analysis and Product roadmap, through to the 'front of house' Business model, Sales enablement and culminating in a Marketing plan, with the all important Positioning and Messaging joining these worlds together!
This framework gives you everything you need, and we use it to bring structure to our advisory and mentoring sessions, as well as it providing the backbone of my consultancy services.
