The company was founded in 1999 with a simple premise: to offer straightforward marketing and business advice and services, promising and delivering fast effective results.

Nicky Dibben, the company principal, has a degree in Computer Science from Cambridge University, a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice from the Market Research Society, and an MBA with Distinction from The Open University. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) and has worked in the field of marketing for more than 15 years.
